Abusive investors are also in the picture, it is quite true that you will get what you pay for. there is no way that I will take over a job done by someone else for the price quoted less work done, I would have to re-quote the project and even put enough contingency to rip out bad installs.

I've been doing research for the past couple weeks and i think i'm going to start investing in mobile homes, mainly because i do not have a large amount of start-up money and they seem to be somewhat simpler than the other paths of real estate investment (If you think that last statement isn't true please speak your mind).

Looking at the REIA options in Seattle there are a lot of good options however they are primary focused on Wholesalers and Flipping which is not true Real Estate Investing but a RE Business.
