My biggest recommendation to brokers who want to work mostly with investors is to develop a deep understanding of financing (financing is not secondary), has connections with other brokers who do the same and has analysis skills that cannot be beat. 

If I am understanding you correctly, at least several k-1s have multiple trades or businesses for QBI reporting.Yes, technically you should report each of these columns of these separately.
