Are they all on the same lot, or are they three separate sfr on separate legal parcels?

We have three options in my town and their pricing is very similar so it is pointless to move unless your service is bad.

All of my previous properties I have either used a Bank mortgage or I have simply bank rolled myself.Currently, I am in a position that I have an opportunity to purchase and flip two possibly three houses. 

Then she said they owe 42 but have three years of unpaid property taxes which amount to $1550 according to the assessor.

Current rent is 750/mHouse number three,July of 2015 this property never hit the MLS. 3bedroom 2 bath with finished basement and a second kitchen in the basement.  

Of course, it doesn't help that the first three months for me have a 3 day weekend (July 4), 1st day of the month on a Saturday, and another 3 day weekend (Labor Day).
