Each one teach one, in order to reach one right ?

Start by reading 3 books, in this sequence: 1- I Will Teach You to be Rich, 2- Set for Life, 3- Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

RE school teaches the basics, but you want plenty of other training to teach you how to prospect and how to win the business.

Most of these guys are willing to teach new investors / homeowners about the issues that need to be addressed. 

I completely agree, learning through experience is important and teaches you so much. 

I enjoy English and teaching others, but the income is abysmal.

To be fair, shiny objects are fun, and can teach us some big lessons.  

This will cost a lot less, teach you a lot more and more quickly, and get you insanely motivated.

Can you do more in this as well to generate even further memories to honor her - maybe there is a women's shelter or something that you can teach other women about your mother's story and explain that in time, with proper employment, they too could be like your mom and house hack their way into their very own home someday?

There are thousands of "new investors" who believe they're ready to teach others after completing only one or two two marginally successful assignments.
