By the way the "pick my brain" line is hilarious ....I've got over 100k followers on social media so I'd get schmo's offering to buy me a coffee about 25x a day.

I see some people who only do internet advertising/ social media and email but it seems expensive to scale and not a super proactive approach.

After looking up my PM company online, I can't see much, and the social media presence shows that the company is more of a parking lot repair/build type of company.

It will more than likely only target existing low income housing.

People with any extensive real estate holdings hold them in a trust (or possibly an LLC) so you might go to list brokers and ask for properties in your target area that are held by a trust.

@Jeremy Johnson I don't think it's fair to target Indy and say it's over bought.

I used to target mid level executives and would actually let them pick out their house. 

I had a 75-year-old man receiving social security and a pension from a bread company act as a straw man.
