I plan on renting out by the unit (each unit is 2 Bed / 1 Bath).  

But he may get a positive answer, in which case he should not be a bloodsucking leach, and give his tenant the time to get out of his hospital bed before going legal on him.

The house I really like they are asking $70,000 it is a 3 bed 1 bath in a very good location.

On the back of the floor plan, we have a list of typical furniture dimensions (i.e. twin, full/double, queen & king beds, dressers (depth), etc)

Hello, I'm trying to get a general idea of what investors are willing to pay for a 2 bed/1 bath in the 53209 zip code of Milwaukee. 

It's a four bedroom two and a half bath where all of the bed rooms are located upstairs.

The property has a 2 unit townhouse then has 2 individual 2 bed room houses all deeded as a single lot.When I run it through the BP Rental Calculator it's telling me that if I can get the place for $85k, if I assume 8% vacancy, 7.5%CapX, 10% Maint/Repair, and a $185/mo insurance bill, it's telling me I'll still net less than $55/unit monthly.  

If anybody has any bread and butter properties with at least 3 beds and 2 baths with at least a 70% ARV let me know!

Donot keep that crap laying around it probably has bed bugs or roach eggs in it
