The plumber suggests re-routing the pipes from the main water supply of the home to the bathroom, instead of digging a hole in the concrete and fixing the part of the leaking pipe.He gave me a quote of about $2500 to re-route most of the piping in the home, and said he will be using PEX piping.

For example, found out when I was there in March for 6 month inspection that when they plugged in Christmas lights to an exterior outlet the previous November that they blew up, there was smoke, they were worried the house was going to burn down, and told me that outlet doesn’t work.
