Have been searching here with no results.Maybe someone can help me out.I am looking for a company or a solution to be able to input a bunch of addresses and the software/company/service will pull a map, a google street photo and a quick zestimate value of the home and then insert my basic letterAny ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciatedThanks

The county inspector, combined with the building inspector, and zoning department will know about this and building density allowed as well.Chances are, if the system is only 17 years old, it is probably built very close to current standards, and probably has years of reliable service remaining.

Chris, I haven’t used First United for a duplex, but do have experience working with them on traditional mortgages and to be honest I’m not surprised they got their info wrong, their knowledge and customer service isn’t the best (and their website isn’t user friendly at all) I would definitely talk to other banks.
