Hi BP, i’m curious if anyone has moved an electrical meter without upgrading service. i recently upgraded a meter and was forced to move it to a new location however now i can’t pass inspection because the service enters the building before the meter (only good route to get to new meter was indoors) i really want to avoid a new electrical drophas anyone found a way to enter the building before metering?

It’s a manufactured home and there’s also a two car garage.

We have sold a couple that have successful tenant placements.

Either sell or convert it into a rental or a STR. 

A and B areas in L.A. will be very expensive to buy in.

@Chris Rendall couple comments,@Wayne Brooks is correct if it was a Homeowners policy now being transfer to an LLC and used as a rental. 

I have had no problem requesting a lien release from a mortgage company on a Zombie.
