Think about the LL's who are not realizing they are getting fakes!

I didn't realize that some companies would actually help cover some of the cost if you work for them. 

I decided to get my real estate license, I’m currently taking the pre licensing course on The CE shop and I’m realizing I really have no desire to become a residential real estate agent.

I realize that this might just be your primary residence, but I'm wondering if you would even considering renting it out if you had the option.  

I also realize there is only so much you can assess about a property without seeing it in person that are key factors in whether it's a good property or not. 

I also want to be conscious that I'll need to be patient and need to find a deal that actually makes sense.The more I learn, the more I'm realizing how important it is to improve the property at some capacity, if I want it to appreciate overtime.

I don't recall their actual policy but we bought 8 cases of glazed subway tiles (same production run) and after opening the first case and setting out a few tiles realized there were a lot of pits in the glaze.
