Checklist of forms needed to rent to roommates?

Hi,

So doing a bit of research and for house hacking in Southern California - are the following forms all that's needed legally to rent to a roommate in a house hacking situation (and evict them if necessary)?  Should I have a real estate lawyer go over the forms?

Note: I realize the Covid-19 eviction moratorium may be extended (or possibly has been extended)...

• Comprehensive Residential Lease
• Pet Addendum
• Lease Extension
• Rental Application
• Lease Guaranty
• Move-in/Move-out Form
• Lease Amendment
• Lease Addendum

I got them from the Bigger Pockets resource link: https://get.biggerpockets.com/forms/index/

Thanks in advance!

Thank you @Nathan Gesner, that's a perfect answer as I was wondering about whether or not it was attorney reviewed.
