That is not to say there aren't renters in the suburbs, because there are, just a lot less of them.

If you've got a reputable roofing contractor there should be no reason why they aren't in and out in less than a day to complete the entire roof job.  

We've talked to them about eventually investing in these properties but right now they aren't interested.

You might also say to the seller that you aren't sure if this house is one that you will keep or you might have a colleague purchase it under the same terms.

We aren't the only solution, but have proven to be a good one for many people.

There aren't many areas of Tacoma that aren't a 10 minute drive from Hilltop.But, from a longer term REI standpoint, it doesn't seem to me that Tacoma is poised to explode - it's an older city and was built out to within an inch of its life long ago.

It sure is interesting, don't know if we will find out any other details.I guess we are just happy our offer was legitimate and accepted.Roller Coaster Ride was no extra charge.But honestly, it makes things difficult if you are doing what you can to obtain housing and your offers aren't properly considered, we had no idea what was going to happen the second time around. 

There aren't a lot of them, and you have to be patient, but they do exist.
