If you talk to Google about it, they'll be able to investigate further and in some cases I've heard of businesses having their money refunded for that campaign since it was bad traffic.

The company may pay the ER & Doctor bills with out determining if the insured was at fault because they may determine it will cost less to pay it than investigate/fight it.I hope that helps.

In other words, even after the foreclosure has been decided by the court in favor of the lien holder, the property is still fair game until the actual Sheriff's sale.The trusts are those used for estate planning (and property holding), and as I investigate it further are almost certainly between family members.Your advice in regards to a local tax sale attorney is spot on, I know.

now i know title companies or attorneys have the ability to preform this action for me, but i know all of you investors just don't go around throwing $200 or more just to see if the property you are looking at or working with is a deal even without your short sale getting accepted yet and etcand i heard of getting a preliminary title search say from an real estate agent, but is this something pretty good to go off of to see if a deal is potentially there?

If you feel similarly then I'd urge you to investigate that aspect thoroughly before choosing a bank, because it's a lot easier to do that than change banks later (which I've also done, because of monthly fees, but it's always a PITA).Hope this helps you.
