Hello All - have a few quick questions about DSTs for 1031 exchanges.1.  

These rules are written from the perspective of investing 1031 exchange funds into someone else's DST.

Hi Team,Can you please recommend 1031 exchange intermediary based on your experience who can guide for the first timer to do successful 1031 exchange or alternate options?

@Darren Lam, Yes, each of you could do your own 1031 exchange on your portion only and separate that way. 

But, unless you do an exchange, you will be giving far more than that to the government.ROI's are a little harder to forecast. 

However, since I will be sailing for the following 3-8 months, I won't be able to do a 1031 exchange and will have to pay capital gains tax (which of course I want to avoid).

With condos, the HOA generally takes care of many of the outside features like roofs, siding, etc in exchange for monthly HOA dues.
