All my homes are currently paid off and I would like to see if there is a lender out there that can help me refinance the homes in bulk or one at a time and pull the money out and buy more homes. 

Thankfully, patience paid off. 

I paid for a face to face class many years ago, and probably learned half of what I did online.  

I filed my 2015 tax return and showed my tax preparer I prepaid the pmi.

It has not paid out anything to the investors yet, but will likely double their money at the 2 year mark.  

No notice given there - simply that the parking space isn't paid, so you can immediately get towed.

I would write up an agreement with the tenant on how rent is to be paid.  

As Account Closed pointed out, you should have had an actual Approval Letter first, which details the price, costs to be paid by both parties and a Net to the bank.  

Until that purchase part of our holding costs was rent paid.

I got home and every property in the auction had been taken off/ cancelled and paid... ha it was a learning experience to say the least but very discouraging.
