How do you see the new development affecting my target area and the buyer market once I finish rehab, hopefully this February?

His price was within our target and we had the property tied up in another 10 minutes.

Use that number to create a target purchase price and range around that target that is acceptable.

Unfortunately it does not have my target area, but it will be great for many people.

You should check out your target states and see if a foreign LLC can just 'own' property without having to register or pay any state-level taxes.

If you feel you are being unfairly targeted have a lawyer draft a letter stating so.
