I merely asked you why you didn't perform the duties that I would expect out of a real estate salesperson and instead tried to infer that all HOA members are crooks and there is nothing the poor MEMBERS of the HOA can do. 

Most brokers have 401k product they will want to sell you having no idea what a Solo 401k is or how you might be the Trustee.

Hagerty has a product designed specifically for commercial car storage and will even market our services to their clients as our coastal environment presents a huge risk to existing collections.

Many of these give sales pitches, gurus try to sell their products or mentoring programs, or someone tries to get you to invest in a REI Fund by a group of people pooling their money, for some REI and promising an unrealistic return.

The other flipping shows seem to treat their laborers and contractors much more appropriately (mostly good unless the contractor has done a poor job).

Their 3 office addresses are easily "findable"--- Should I send my "yellow letter" to their offices or is that in poor taste??
