I beg to differ, I believe the debate is, which people can actually perform each job effectively and morally.

Can someone give me the URL for that exchange where you can trade performing mortgages?

When it comes to closing a real estate transaction in the state of Illinois you will need to use a title company and the title company will perform all the title searches and provide title insurance for the transaction.  

I currently own 4 performing 2nd notes and am very excited about expanding my knowledge and understanding what opportunities are out there.Ed

Is there any other sources that would allow for a small list like this that would be accurate?  

I have seen others become a hard money lender and lend private money they gain access too, cut the investment performance aspect out of your payday.... make that someone else's responsibility.

Or is one any more accurate than the other?
