Account Closed  In general VR's don't cash flow well because of the high Op Ex Ratios so unless you are putting 30-50% down you are going to have to find that perfect combo of numbers to get it cash flowing.

The county holds that money for 3 years then it is defaulted to the county and the municipalities.If you get the property, you still have an imperfect third party title, which may require a Quit Tittle Action (a lawsuit) to perfect the title and make it possible to re-sell or finance the property.
