well I may not be the best object lesson here but, I currently run my whole duplex 2/1 and a 1/1 on a 100 amp and the other 100 amp from the outlet goes to a 3/2 SFR run next door.

But, I'd never buy an LLC from someone (unless I trusted them enough that I'd be willing to provide them an unsecured loan).Here's why...I could organize an LLC and then an hour after that I could have an unsecured $500K loan in the company's name.
