Youll find out through time, trial and error that almost every lender can offer the same terms the one that will stand out is usually the one that is most responsive and transparent with their process.

I can take to deals to see what i do ( process of making an offer) we are local and we do local deals . 

You can take courses offered by the CCIM Institute even if aren't a real estate broker and have no interest in the CCIM designation.

Those clients do not know how to do business and will be out by the time we have another market swing.

I literally pass land everyday that could make a million or more just by building a house on it...

I live in the Northeast and deals are certainly tough to come by right now.

They like cookie cutter, by the book deals that fit their box.
