Side note: I've considered using a turnkey company to get my feet wet but the idea of making a profit upon refinancing within the same year as the purchase to use the money to reinvest and build my portfolio more quickly is what makes the BRRRR strategy more appealing to me.Thank you in advance for your time reading this and any suggestions you give!
