Bought my first house end of 2013.2014: Bought my first rental property in Fort Mill SC using traditional loan with 20% down, it was a 3b 2.5b townhouse, after learning numerous success stories in BP podcasts.2015: Bought 2 more rental properties in Fort Mill, similar sizes and still using traditional mortgage with 20% down, close to my own house so it’s easier to manage although I hired PM to take care of them for me.
