@Vivian Pena there are numerous markets in the mid-west that will allow you to buy reasonably priced single family rentals that cash flow. 

We manage a large portfolio and file numerous evictions each month on the 15th. 

The market's getting tighter these days, so be prepared to submit numerous offers before eventually closing on a deal.
