Can anyone recommend any accounting software that will allow us to track construction, JV money in, and multiple business entities?

Does any one have experience with a software program that we can use to do that?

Desktop Accounting software like QuickBooks ideally. 

I would recommend listing syndication software.

Although you subtract a hefty amount of monthly rent (25%) under the Capex umbrella you will want to know your monthly, bimonthly and/or quarterly recurring expenses so breaking out recurring repairs and utilities will help you monitor your investment's performance.

What is a good phone service/software to use for my wholesaling business.

My process after that will be FHA pre-approval, monitor Zillow/Redfin/MLS daily for new deals, offer on 5-8 deals per week, and hopefully make something happen!

Be sure to have an ability to monitor to ensure that no repairs, oil changes, are being conducted.
