It is much harder to take over and impose these than start with a new tenant.Personally I may or may not count having a tenant in single family as a bonus.

Tell the bank about the one address with tax code, I would pick the other up as a bonus.

However, the good side would be that even if it's a burden, I would most likely be able to still save 5K a month, so it would be a good bonus to have while giving me experience about real-estate.If I go with 2, I don't gain experience but I can save in peace, read a lot, and possibly earn more than 5K a month by working over-time.Any kind of insights will be appreciated I really want to gain as much knowledge as much as possible.

Any additional amount would be a "bonus".A listing agreement is between the owner and the listing agent.

This way your tenant is paying your mortgage and you get to take advantage of mortgage interest, depreciation, mortgage paydown, cash flow and as a bonus appreciation if any.It’s a natter of choice.

As far as I'm concerned, positive cashflow is the price of admission for a long-term buy & hold and appreciation is a bonus.

I  have conducted a little research on the topic of Buyers Agent bonus, and am intrigued by the idea here, given the paltry 1% paid to the resort agents.
