Think about it logically why would you?

We've had several clients proceed this way and it seems the most logical path to knowledge and success. 

There are excuses but no logic in investing in rental properties and not  generate market rents.

The logical way to go about it would be is that somewhere you want To work for and then look more closely at it.

You make your low offer with logic backing it up (such as ARV minus rehab minus your profit) as a professional investor, not because you can barely afford it.Just take a screenshot of your online bank account page showing the balances, or the HELOC statement showing enough limit in there to purchase and send that to your agent.  

If I have $1M income this year it seems logical to do cost segregation and save the $400k tax bill.

I don’t do AirbNb it’s just not for me (own or stay), but Ouch to all of you who are experiencing this problem.It seems most logical to try to make sense out of this.

That makes more sense to me logically as I-20 is pretty far south.

Buying a bunch of turnkey doesn't really teach you anything, and I don't see how that is a logical step toward apartments.Best of luck and happy investing!
