So after years of listening to the BP podcasts and saving up some capital I finally bought an off market SF rental property.

Hello @Brenden Mitchum,Well I am a newbie in this realm and from my readings and listening to the podcasts my primary residence was used with my VA Loan.

I have been listening to and getting inspired by Bigger Pockets podcasts and books.

We have an LLC set up for properties but from reading books/BP site and listening to BP podcast, we were under the impression to purchase as individual outside of LLC and transfer into LLC once refi is done.
