Sure, maybe you'll get lucky...Also, most people are busy with their existing day jobs and lives. 

We just completed a triplex renovation in Charlotte that took 1.5x longer than it should but we pushed through and we were able to double rents and improve the living quality. 

Hey Mashal, the way these investors find these distressed properties (off-market deals), you have to either do it yourself, which is a full-time job calling and building relationships with these cold sellers, or find investor-friendly agents/wholesalers sourcing these deals for you.Check out wholesaling Facebook groups in your area and add yourself to all of them.
