Neither did my couple and they were in their late 20's ( I know you can take a risk on someone with no rental history..i just did it a property I own and it has worked great but I had proof of a good job, character reference and I gave the kid a chance...has turned out great!)

Yes, there are wholesellers in Oklahoma, not all of them are good, probably more than half of them don't even know what they are doing, but you will have better chances to find a good wholesaler here in BP than anywhere else. so yeah check out Tyler Weinrich like Zack mentioned before.

If your credit has improved, you may get better terms than you currently have and, even though you may not pull equity out, you can reduce your monthly payment = increase in month cash flow.
