That's the plan, at least.I've filed to create an LLC in Washington state and my first deal is scheduled to close on June 18th.I still need to select and implement an accounting system (Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks...) and set up a separate bank account for the LLC.

I’m looking to implement a buy and hold strategy, taking my initial cash position and hopefully locking up multiple income producing properties using as little cash as possible (Maximum Leverage).After being honest with myself around time constraints I’m looking at companies that renovate, place tenants, then sell.... initially.
