Me and the wife are ‘halfway’ looking for a house, but being able to drive around and see houses without bothering an agent with houses we aren’t going to buy is SWEET. it’s nice being able to see what $X will buy in Y neighborhood in person at our own leisure.

We currently have 2 we obtained so far but have a few prospects and will hopefully be half way to that number by close to middle of the year.

That doesn’t work for me as my career keeps me busy and the last thing I want to do is jump on a plane to go half way across the country worrying about a few properties.

Look at it as the glass being half full:- You know your letters were delivered.- They peaked interest enough to get open and read.- You had the correct phone number.:)

Like taping a bad check under the glass counter top I guess......that's a good way to tic off a good customer who made some mistake at 30 days!
