Hey all,Long time reader/listener - first time poster… I figured it was time to step out of the shadows and become an active member on the Bigger Pockets forums.

I’ve been reading recommended books, podcasts, forums, webinars and looking for local meetups.Our initial goal to land our first property and learn to be an investor and a landlord.

This moment has been coming after over a year of doubt, second guessing, research, learning, stalking these forums, talking to people, etc. and it's so great to have finally pulled the trigger!
