Luckily I'm fortunate enough with my time in Afghanistan that I have my VA loan to use to buy my first 4plex and go from there.I randomly discovered BP on YouTube a few months ago and didn't think much of it.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, there is some less headache upside) I rent the bottom two bedroom out to a family member for $1200/month.

I was fortunate to have a mother and father who constantly told me, directly and indirectly in thousands of ways, that I could do anything I set my sights on and could achieve any goal at all with hard work and perseverance.  

It wasn't planned, I just fortunate.
