This will now allow LA renters up to 12 months to settle back rent for Residential tenants, and 3 months for Commercial tenants, before a landlord can take ANY action.Does anyone have the fine print on this new Renters protection?

Probably not much if you look up the factors for score it may affect type of credit and length of credit history as well as number of accounts but as long as you don't miss a payment you should be fine.

I am not trying to knock anything, but the wrong solution is being applied for.If you get 10K then fine, but if you need more then you will get a loan which means you will pay it back.With section 8 you receive what you need based off of the tenant.

Depends what you plan to do with it, if you want to flip yeah it is probably not a great time, if you want to live in it then as long as you have a steady job and employment and plan to stay there a while you'll probably be fine.

There are good deals and bad deals in every market so you've got to really know the market and see what constitutes a good investment for you and your goals.Utah should be fine to start with but I couldn't tell you which city to consider.
