NOI growth in MHC has proven much more resilient than the major sector average during downcycles, while being in-line or better than average during upcycles.Lastly, a quick glance at some MHC investors and proponents:Warren Buffett is a significant investor in the MHC space, favoring the sector for its stable, predictable cash flow.

But, I favor equities over REI.

The terms negotiated with the seller were favorable for us, and the seller also got what he wanted which was a quick and easy sale.

Do your research and only purchase properties that show the numbers are clearly in favor of the returns you need.I’ve been doing str’s for over a decade, I own multiple homes now and I’m currently developing 10acres of land into more.. to me, this is easy money.
