However, we have 2 more units coming online in January and feel like these transactions could get tedious and might be more efficient if sent in bulk.Question for more experienced hosts who have scaled up...If you work with a cleaning company that provides these services, how frequently are you paying them? 

I am going to be working closely with the commercial team, and will be able to see how they use the software to manage properties.

The reason is I know which lenders:- do a good job- stay on top of the necessary tasks- know how to be creative within the rules (some people don't fit into the standard mold of a buyer, and some lenders don't know how to get them approved, and some lenders know how to get them approved)- and which lenders can actually close deals.Another reason is, when someone wants to house hack, not all lenders are experienced in it.

Ultimately you need to find a lender who is very experienced with condos.
