Advice on Team Member Due Dilligence in Fayetteville, NC

I am looking to buIld and develop a team in Fayetteville, NC. I would be grateful for recommendations on Agents / Brokers / Wholesalers, Property Managers, and Contractors. What other teammates should i keep local to my proerties? I will be investing in rental properties from a distance and would like to keep my Lender, CPA and Attorney close to me, in DC. Is that an optimal strategy? Thanks so much!
