Essentially, the deed does not describe the property boundaries, but rather refers to a lot number on a builder's map, held in the Assessor's Office at the time of the tax land auction.

Why would a refinance not be worth it, if I were able to use the equity to put a 3.5% down payment towards another FHA loan(next primary residence)  and the first property would cash flow 300$ a month after the refinance, isn’t this essentially BRRRR’ing my primary residences ?

Scenario: Seller owes $500k on a $5mm property, wants to sell and 1031 into like property but wants $1mm in cash without conventional refinancing (prepay) and without being penalized through the 1031.Can a relative lien the property and upon sale and upon sale the new loan would essentially provide cash out?
