I'd pass on that alone.  

Recently I passed the CFA level 1 exam and decided to take a break and I'm spending that amount of time I would be studying for level 2 on learning everything I can about real estate investing, specifically buy and hold and renting out at this point. 

Most of the time it passes through who is servicing the loan and then to the actual who owns the loan, PMI and any juniors.
