Hey Michael Wagner, I'll be keeping my ear to the ground on that meet-up.

I have relatives in Phoenix who will act as my eyes and ears while assisting me with some due diligence.  

Currently for my primary residence I have a Ring system which works well and provides the basic surveillance that I'd like to have for rental properties; perimeter motion lights with cameras to record parking lot and back alley activities, "check in" on the grounds to ensure the landscapers are actually showing up, no one has graffitied the fence, determine false alarms on a vacant property, etc.

We also have a large interest in RV Parks, so if anyone has insight to those we are all ears!

He keeps his ear peeled for any listings coming through his brokerage that they will be marketing in-house before putting them on the MLS.

If you have any other questions you think it would behoove a newer investor to ask of turnkey providers, I'm all ears!
