I'd never dissuade anyone, but if you don't have any money to begin with, what happens when the fridge breaks and the roof leaks month 1?

I would consider opening a vanguard mutual fund account and just leaking say $100 month there automatically forever.

I get one level up Whirlpool and they cost a little over $300.Dishwashers are different than other appliances because they require installation and since they have water inside, they can cause significant damage when they leak/go bad. 

Going off the video the stains on the ceiling are in the 1st unit, I doubt it's a roof leak, it could be from the plumbing from the 2nd unit.

I don't know if these docs get updated regularly.
