While doing my due diligence I checked the county auditor site to cross reference the property information.

My diligence period ends this Saturday, though Seller has already agreed to extend the diligence period to allow us all to react to this new development.There are substantial tax considerations to close on this property by year end from both the seller’s and my perspective.

The BRRRR strategy is still existent these days it just takes more due diligence on the property of choice as well as the market.

Did you do zero due diligence?

It took me 2 years of due diligence to find this place.

Question for the veterans in the room...and everyone for that matter...when it comes to doing your due diligence on an investment prop...I tend to lean more towards the philosophy of "some is good, more is better and too much is just enough".
