We had photos done right before Shelter in place order, and a video walkthrough by seller once we knew no in person showings were allowed.Fingers crossed, lots of hurdles to cross with appraisers, inspectors, etc. gaining access.

Fingers crossed this works out and is as worth it as I'm hoping it to be.

@Antonio Ramos - I am in a similar situation in LA country... tenants started paying late before the crisis, have continued paying late each month and now have stopped, but with no indication of hardship from Covid19.

With 1/3 of the country shut down due to Coronavirus, I am looking to do virtual leasing for a couple of my empty units.
