Im not shure how the new construction would go out in these areas but, rentals and flips, are a being bought everywhere.

Need help with tax strategies to intermingle new construction with real estate investing

Regardless of what I had I felt more comfortable with the construction business.  

Going to attempt to summarize everything up to this point.Current Stage of construction: FramingWe purchased this lot about 3 years ago for $6000Have built 3 homes in this same neighborhood, this is our 4thTook about 6 months of re-zoning to allow for a variance in the rear of the property so we could maximize the size of the home, mainly to accomadate a master bedroom downstairsLot was vacant, cleared out a few trees and started on the foundation, concrete slabAltered the plan a bit so that the patio faced east instead of north, thus making it open to the patio.Project Description: 2-story home, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1 office, 1 game room/4th bed2808 sqft,  Lot  6,568 sqft        

Liz has extensive knowledge in financing, appraising, construction, marketing as well as her greatest attribute is creating systems to maximize time, quality and monetary constraints to ensure efficiencies on all levels.

Regardless of what I had, I felt more comfortable with the construction business.  

When we have someone move into one of our new constructions before their loan is ready ( to accommodate them not having to live in a hotel) we then have them release EM and sign rental agreement. but even that's a risk because if they holed up it could take 90 days to get them out. as you probably know suing someone is very time consuming and expensive.. would it not be best to just resell.

I haven't done a construction project over here yet, only minor rehab and rent.
