Wow that's fantastic, congratulations.I read your profile it looks very comprehensive, in the sense, you have experience doing many different types of deals (buy/hold, fix/flip, buy/lease, etc.).

4) It isn't really an option, more like a hail-mary: put together a comprehensive business plan that includes all your processes for managing the property.  

They are part of Kathy Fettke's (@kfettke) Real Wealth Network.The properties on their website look good (don't they all on paper), but I can't find any references to their business on BP.I will naturally do a comprehensive DD on any property I buy from them, but I'm just wondering whether anyone (outside of RWN) has dealt with them in the past?

Good point @Paul Sandhu  For the small amount of times issues have actually happened, it might be more effort to go thru trying to recoup a few instances with comprehensive policies and contracts, and just easier to write it off, fix it and move on...especially for the small stuff.
