I have some partner-investors lined up who are willing to put some money in the pot to make the next purchase(s) happen, but without utilizing this before, I'd like some pointers.

If anyone is willing to answer a quick one here, something that seems to come up is....How common/uncommon would it be to find a good investment property here?

Hustle.There's a common theme here, but a lot of potential REI aren't willing to do the work.

Most of the investors I work with utilize Airbnb and other STR platforms to list corporate travel accommodations, primarily targeted to business travelers and professionals.

I started buying property in Manchester towards the end of college but did so utilizing mostly private lending as I certainly didn't qualify for traditional financing.

And some of those are on deals where landlord pays some utilities.

In short, i unfortunately, just simply cannot sustain the entire amount of the rent on my own in addition to the utilities, and after exploring other options on my end with no answer, I needed to turn to you guys and just be honest, I don't know what to do.

Bottomline, VA is a pretty sweet deal if you can find a hack or something worthwhile to utilize it then you definitely should!
