Everywhere that I know of, a Net Listing is a listing where “....the owner receives a set, net amount, regardless of commission (say $100k) and the agent/broker gets to keep as commission every dollar Above that net that he sells it for”......sells for $10k makes $10k, sells for $120k makes $20k....please explain how the seller paying a flat fee as opposed to a % commission, or a bonus, resembles a net listing.
