I just started working with the property management company and they appear to me to be organized, responsive and well managed.

There is a guy in my market who is on the first page in he organic results and his website is managed by them.

I am an active real estate investor from Los Alamos, NM, among many other things (mother of 2 pre-teen girls, executive director of a research organization, partner in local startup VC, humble servant of 2 bengal cats).

I am glad to be a part of a great organization:)

First time post, brand new sponge.I am fascinated with the idea of handling income producing properties and have begun learning the basics of cash flow.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this organization.

I don't feel like I am A "Product or Brand," or "Company, institution, or organization"...

It's organized, yet disorganized at the same time.  

On the back wall there is a single high shelf where they put some milk crates to organize their stuff.Getting a good pic of the space isn't easy given that they have it packed up.

Still reluctant on wanting to work a 9 to 5 minimum 40 hour a week salaried job and only working part time as a swim instructor I became really interested with real estate investing and immediately started fumbling threw books and online webinars and forums to gain as much knowledge as i could.Like you always hear, the second you start broadcasting your goals and ambitions to people, a lot of the things you need are already their and waiting for you to take.Fast forward to Dec. 13 and I had gotten a small team behind me ( loan officer(cousin), real estate agent(dad's friend), contractor) and i begun to scour the MLS looking for a home i could afford and figuring out the best way to do it.With little money upfront, me and my team had decided the best route for me was an FHA 3.5% down and owner occupy for a year.
