Long story short the other side of the partition had been made into a bedroom (as there was a bed on the floor) /office/game room.

If single family homes in the $150K price, 3 bed/2 ba is what rehabbers are buying, then focus on that.

We just purchased a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the Galveston, TX area as a vacation investment rental.
