You would be surprised what you run into when people know you have cash and the guts to spend it.

For those I will have to spend lot's of time and my resources helping them along so I have to decide if I want to take that on and if they will make the commitment to me only.

Once you pull MLS data you will see that as well. 5th ward -- is a step forward where you can still buy raw land  and build and sell with early adopters who wants to be close to downtown ( a bit higher price compare to acre homes and without govt assistance) .

Then any time you spend from a column you enter that as a negative.For clarity sake I also found that this go to be a lot of extra work as you are essentially creating a budget and then tracking your spending relative to that budget.
